RHW Precision, LLC does not practice medicine, employ medical judgment on behalf of patients, or replace emergency medical services. Medical care is provided solely by independent licensed healthcare providers exercising their own professional judgment.

Any prescribed medication is a prescription-only medication and may only be prescribed following an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Prescriptions are issued solely at the provider’s independent medical discretion. Individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed. RHW Precision, LLC is not a pharmacy and does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or ship prescription medications.

II. Telehealth Services

Healthcare services may be provided through telemedicine using secure video conferencing, telephone, asynchronous communications, or other electronic technologies. You acknowledge that telemedicine has inherent limitations, including the inability to perform a comprehensive physical examination, potential technology failures, interruptions in communication, and reliance upon information that you provide. By utilizing telehealth services, you consent to these limitations and acknowledge that remote medical care may not be appropriate for every medical condition.

III. Eligibility

By using this website and associated services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement, reside in a jurisdiction where services are legally available, and will provide complete, truthful, and accurate medical and personal information. Failure to provide accurate information may result in denial or discontinuation of treatment.

IV. Prescription Medications and Compounded Products

Certain treatments offered through affiliated healthcare providers may include compounded prescription medications, including compounded Tirzepatide with Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6). You acknowledge that compounded medications are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in their compounded form and are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid patient-specific prescription. Compounded medications have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing consistency in the same manner as FDA-approved products. You understand that all prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers based upon their independent medical judgment.

V. Payment Authorization

By purchasing services or enrolling in a subscription program, you authorize RHW Precision, LLC to charge your designated payment method for applicable consultation fees, subscription charges, shipping fees, laboratory fees, and other authorized charges. You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file and acknowledge responsibility for all approved charges associated with your care.

VI. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Certain programs may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, you authorize recurring charges using your payment method on file. Cancellation requests received after a renewal payment has been processed will become effective prior to the next scheduled billing cycle. Except where required by applicable law, consultation fees and medications that have been prescribed, prepared, or shipped are non-refundable.

VII. Shipping and Fulfillment

Prescription medications are dispensed exclusively by appropriately licensed pharmacies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. RHW Precision, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by pharmacies, shipping carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Prescription orders are considered fulfilled once released by the dispensing pharmacy to the designated shipping carrier.

VIII. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to use prescription medications only as prescribed, not share medications with any other individual, promptly report adverse reactions or significant changes in your health status, comply with recommended laboratory monitoring when requested, and notify your healthcare provider of any changes to your medical history, medications, allergies, or pregnancy status.

IX. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, educational materials, trademarks, service marks, and branding, is the exclusive property of RHW Precision, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.

X. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RHW Precision, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, telehealth services, prescription medications, delays in treatment, pharmacy fulfillment, or shipping services. Medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed healthcare providers exercising independent professional judgment.

XI. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RHW Precision, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the website or services, inaccurate information provided by you, failure to follow prescribed treatment recommendations, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

RHW Precision, LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
